dd9 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the dd9 platform. By registering or using our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

For users aged 21 and above only. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

Important Notice: This document forms a legally binding agreement between dd9 and its users. dd9 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication, and continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

dd9 operates a trusted and secure platform for online gaming users in Bangladesh. To enjoy our slot games, live casino, cricket betting and other services, you must fully comply with the terms and conditions below. This document describes in detail membership eligibility, account management, deposits and withdrawals, bonus policies, prohibited activities and other important matters.

Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the following terms used in these terms and conditions are given below:

"Platform" or "Site"

Refers to dd9's official website and all associated services, mobile versions and applications.

"User" or "Member"

Any person who has registered on the dd9 platform or who uses the platform without registering.

"Account"

A personal profile created through registration, through which the user can access all dd9 services.

"Wager" or "Bet"

The amount of money placed by a user to participate in any game or event on the platform.

"Bonus Balance"

Credits granted as a promotion or bonus, which must meet specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Membership and Eligibility

Age and Identity Verification

To open an account and use services on dd9, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. dd9 may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time. Failure to provide documents may result in account suspension.

Geographic Applicability

dd9 provides its services to residents of Bangladesh. Operating an account from any region where online gaming is legally prohibited is strictly forbidden. Users must confirm for themselves that using this service from their place of residence is legally permitted.

Grounds for Ineligibility

Membership on dd9 cannot be obtained if any of the following apply:

  • Any person under 21 years of age
  • Any person who has already been banned by dd9
  • Persons enrolled in a problem gaming treatment program
  • dd9 employees, partners or their immediate family members

Account Registration and Security

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be terminated and accumulated balances may be forfeited.

Accuracy of Information Provided at Registration

When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information will be grounds for account termination.

Password and Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, dd9 may request the following documents:

  • National ID Card (NID) or passport copy
  • Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
  • Relevant documents for payment method verification

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Section 4

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Set Limits: Minimum deposit ৳300. Minimum withdrawal ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms

  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
  • Withdrawals may be held while a verification process is ongoing
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance
  • In cases of suspicious activity, dd9 may hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Wagering requirement: 25x. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus, total balance ৳3,000.

General Terms for Using Bonuses

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are communicated at the time of the offer
  • A bonus cannot be claimed more than once — each promotion applies only one time
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met
  • dd9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (bonus amount × 25). The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement and the list of contributing games are specified on each promotion page. Some games contribute fully or partially toward the wagering calculation.

VIP Program

dd9's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback and other benefits increase as you advance to higher tiers. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at dd9's discretion.

Gaming Rules

Game Operation and Results

The results of all games on the dd9 platform are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Live casino games are broadcast directly from certified providers' studios. dd9 does not influence game results, and all outcomes are entirely fair and transparent.

Technical Errors

Incorrect results caused by software or hardware errors will be considered void. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, dd9 will make a decision taking the relevant circumstances into account.

Sports Betting Rules

The following applies to cricket, football and other sports betting:

  • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled
  • If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to dd9's established policy
  • Additional conditions may apply for in-play betting
  • Special rules applicable to betting on international tournaments including BPL, IPL, T20, ICC and FIFA are published separately

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these terms will result in immediate account termination and all balances may be forfeited:

Fraud and Deception

  • Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents
  • Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse
  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Attempting fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes

Money Laundering

dd9 strictly follows international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Using the platform as a channel for transferring illegal funds is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Technical Abuse

  • Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
  • Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the system or hacking
  • Intentionally disrupting the normal operations of the platform

Financial Losses

Gaming is a risk-based entertainment activity. dd9 is not liable for any financial losses arising from a user's gaming activity. Users play of their own free will and at their own risk.

Third-Party Technology

Account Suspension & Termination

Account Termination by dd9

dd9 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

  • Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
  • Provision of false information by the user
  • Inappropriate behavior toward other users or staff

Account Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance, provided the withdrawal conditions are met.
